Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is established to address complaints of sexual harassment and ensure a safe and respectful environment for students, faculty, and staff. The ICC operates under the framework provided by the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, and related guidelines.

Objectives of the ICC:

  • Prevention: To prevent incidents of sexual harassment through awareness and education.
  • Prohibition: To implement policies and procedures to prohibit sexual harassment.
  • Redressal: To provide a mechanism for the redressal of complaints related to sexual harassment.

Committee develop and implement a comprehensive policy on the prevention, prohibition, and redressal of sexual harassment and receiving, investigating, and resolving complaints of sexual harassment in a timely and confidential manner.
